Available over the Queen's Platinum Jubilee weekend, Executive Chef Tony Sarton takes menu inspiration from Her Majesty the Queen’s magical Summer Garden Party. Guests will enjoy celebrating the best of British on this limited edition Jubilee menu. Expect regally inspired morsels such as Cucumber Sandwiches, Coronation Chicken Brioche Rolls, Smoked Salmon Pin Wheels and Royal themed sweet treats like Mini Victoria Sponges, Crowned Dark Chocolate Marquise and Battenberg Cake, not forgetting the much loved British favourite - Buttermilk Scones with Clotted Cream & Strawberry Jam. Get yourself in the Bank Holiday mood with a Bridgerton style afternoon!
The Afternoon tea itself has three booking options, Deluxe Jubilee Tea, Cocktail Jubilee Tea and Champagne Jubilee Tea. All three are served with a delicious Pimm’s on arrival, homemade Cloudy Lemonade and a choice of the finest Eteaket tea. The Deluxe option comes with a Special Jubilee Whispering Angel Wine, and the Cocktail Jubilee Tea with delicious limited edition cocktails to choose from including the Sunshine Swizzle made with Whitley Neill Pineapple Gin, La Vida Topica, Alphonso Mango and Garden Mint.
The Afternoon Tea at Tigerlily is available to book from 2nd June - 5th June as part of the Edinburgh loves Gin Festival (27th May - 12th June) that Montpeliers have running across their full offering of Edinburgh venues; Rabble, Tigerlily, Montpeliers, Candy Bar, Eastside and Lulu.
