Available now, from 12pm - 4pm Wednesday to Friday and from 11am – 4pm Saturday and Sunday, the new brunch menu will feature breakfast staples, lunch classics, indulgent treats and some innovative twists - with no avocado in sight.
Innis & Gunn’s selection of premium craft beers will be available to be enjoyed, alongside a selection of suited guest beers, soft and hot drinks.
Brunch menu highlights include:
• Big Scottish Breakfast - including Glenkilrie Larder venison and chipotle beans
• Big Vegan Breakfast - including vegan sausage and scrambled tofu
• Smashed Pea Toast - peas, broad beans, evoo and mint served on sourdough
• Buttermilk Vanilla Waffles – with three topping options, including banana, Nutella and honey / bacon and maple syrup / strawberries and cream
• Breakfast Muffin - with lorne sausage, cheese, hash brown, fried egg
• Breakfast Rolls – with choice of filling, served on a toasted brioche bun
• Eggs Benedict and Eggs Florentine
• Mixed Berry Granola - with a blueberry compote swirl and fresh fruit
The brunch menu is well priced with items ranging from Breakfast Rolls at £3.50, to the Big Scottish at £11.
Lunch menu highlights include:
• Club Sandwich – grilled chicken, bacon, lettuce and tomato with Innis & Gunn’s own Gunnpower mayo
• Reuben Sandwich – pastrami, sauerkraut, pickle
• Veggie Club Sandwich– halloumi, roast tomatoes, pesto and mixed leaves
• Roasted Root Salad – roasted squash and beetroot, seeds, rocket and red onion
• Fish & Chips – Innis & Gunn Lager battered Scottish haddock, skin on fries, crushed peas and tartare sauce
The lunch menu will also offer Innis & Gunn Brewery Taproom favourites - the ‘Taproom Chicken Burger’, the double pattie Scottish beef burger ‘The OG’, vegan ‘Jack Stack’ burger with pulled BBQ jackfruit and Mac & Cheese, made with Innis & Gunn’s own five cheese sauce.
The new brunch menu at Innis & Gunn’s Brewery Taproom at The Shore offers a great option for local Leithers or those out for a stroll at the picturesque location.
