Take the lead with a Leap Year proposal this Saturday and you could win your dream wedding a week later!
Couples are set to flock to the Edinburgh Wedding Fair next month
to plan their dream wedding and be in with a chance of winning their wish list
Listen up ladies, it’s a Leap Year! So if you’re keen to get hitched, why hang around waiting to be asked? Take the lead this Saturday 29th February and who knows, you might just win everything you need for your dream wedding in the exclusive Edinburgh Wedding Fair competition a week later!
The Edinburgh Wedding Fair, the largest and longest-running wedding event in the East of Scotland, returns to the Edinburgh Corn Exchange on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th March. And once again all attendees will have the chance to enter the exclusive ‘Wedding Wish List’ competition.
Over 130 specially selected exhibitors, including industry experts and VOWS award-winners, will be on hand to share their expertise at the event – providing inspiration, helpful advice and unmissable offers. And many will be offering their services completely free of charge to the couple that wins the Wedding Wish List giveaway.
Whether you’ve got your heart set on a traditional ceremony or something a little more alternative, there will be flowers, stationery and cakes to suit all tastes. Plus, with designer boutiques and leading kiltmakers previewing their ranges at the three daily fashion shows, you’ll get the first look at the very latest wedding trends.
Who says the lead up to a wedding needs to be stressful? With everything you need for your big day under one roof, the planning process couldn’t be easier. Browse the stalls then relax in the gin and prosecco bar and start the celebrations early!
Commenting on the upcoming show, Paul DeMarco, owner of the Edinburgh Corn Exchange and creator of the Edinburgh Wedding Fair said; ‘We’ve welcomed thousands of couples to the Edinburgh Wedding Fair since we first launched the event back in 2003, and we love hearing everyone’s unique proposal stories. 2020 is special because it’s a Leap Year, so we’re particularly excited to hear from ladies who have bucked tradition and proposed to their loved one. Of course, the Edinburgh Wedding Fair is open and welcoming to all, no matter who proposed to whom!’
To celebrate this special Leap Year, visitors can enjoy 50% off tickets if they enter ‘LEAP’ at the check-out.
Whether you’re currently planning your Leap Year proposal or already engaged and desperate to find the final finishing touches before your big day arrives, make sure you save the date for the Edinburgh Wedding Fair. www.edinburghweddingfair.com/
