The Watchman has 18 recently upgraded bedrooms, a cosy, inviting and dog-friendly bar, a private dining room, and a beautiful enclosed garden.

We also have a large garden room for special events.

Whether you have been golfing on one of the many local golf courses, enjoying the beautiful sandy beach, walking the John Muir way or are simply wanting to get away from it all, we at The Watchman look forward to welcoming you. We always have gift vouchers and special offers available if you are looking for that perfect gift for a friend (or even just to treat yourself!).

We are lucky enough to overlook four of Scotland’s best golf courses and there’s a fifth within walking distance.

The picturesque village of Gullane boasts an award-winning unspoilt sandy beach popular with families, dog walkers, swimmers and kite surfers. If you’re very lucky you might even see a dolphin!
