We buy direct from many small artisan suppliers throughout Scotland. Our fresh fish and shellfish are only ever landed in Scottish harbours. Our beef and lamb are always grass-fed and Scottish. Organic eggs and vegetables from East Lothian with some seasonal sunshine coming from Italy.
Our menus change throughout the month to reflect what is seasonally available. Beautiful classic cooking with a modern finish, we promise to not disappoint.
Steeped in some of Edinburgh's greatest history, Greater Grassmarket is only a minutes' walk from the popular Royal Mile and visitor favourite, the National Museum of Scotland.
