Join this mellow 5 week course to learn great techniques to help soothe and calm your little one, ease colic and give you both new ways to connect and bond.

The course is suitable for babies from newborn to pre-crawling. You will learn a full body massage, fun yoga stretches, you will receive massage oil, handouts and access to our online Parent Zone, where you will find lots of fun videos to try at home with your little one.

The classes take place in a calm relaxing space, allowing you to have quality time to focus on your baby. As well as having time to connect with other parents and babies in a relaxed and supportive environment.
