Duck & Waffle Edinburgh partners with BLANK Running Club to launch healthy living set menu and January Breakfast Run
Duck & Waffle Edinburgh, located in the heart of St James Quarter, is teaming up with BLANK Running Club this January to inspire healthy living through food, movement and community.

The collaboration sees the launch of a January Healthy Living Set Menu, alongside a special Breakfast Run Event taking place on Sunday 18 January 2026.
Available throughout January 2026, the Duck & Waffle Edinburgh January Set Menu offers a fresh, balanced take on dining out thoughtfully crafted to nourish and energise without compromising on flavour. The menu reflects Duck & Waffle’s signature creativity while supporting mindful, feel-good dining for the new year.
For starters enjoy QUINOA PROTEIN BOWL - pumpkin, kale, mung bean; CELERIAC & PEAR SOUP - toasted almonds, nutritional yeast, kale bhaji; ROASTED PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS - butter bean hummus, vegan ‘Nduja, marinated chickpeas. Mains include ROASTED WINTER CABBAGE - kimchi, puffed rice, cashew cream; AUBERGINE MILANESE - chermoula, marinated Datterini tomatoes, wild rocket and SALMON FILLET - warm bulgur wheat salad, pearl barley, pomegranate, dill, olive oil, kale pesto. Desserts are APPLE & BLUEBERRY CRUMBLE - crème anglaise; CARAMELISED BANANA BREAD - burnt banana, coconut cream and ICE CREAM OR SORBET. The January set menu is priced at £29.50 per person for 3 courses.
To celebrate the launch, Duck & Waffle Edinburgh and BLANK Running Club will host a Breakfast Run on Sunday 18 January, starting at 9:00am. Open to runners of all abilities, the 5k social run will start and finish at Duck & Waffle Edinburgh at St James Quarter, where participants will end the run with complimentary coffee and pastries — the perfect post-run reward.
The partnership brings together two brands united by a shared passion for community, wellness and creating inclusive experiences that encourage people to move, connect and refuel.
