Vault City is launching a luxurious new imperial stout inspired by one of TikTok’s most viral sweet treats, and it’s already set to become a breakout star in their £1 million crowdfunding campaign.
By far their most requested flavour to date, Vault City received over 1000 calls for the viral chocolate sensation to be reimagined in beer form.
Dubai-Style Chocolate Pistachio Imperial Stout is a 13% showstopper packed with flavours of silky milk chocolate, rich pistachio cream, and golden syrup-soaked knafeh pastry. It’s the brewery’s boldest dessert stout to date, taking cues from the TikTok-beloved Dubai chocolate bar – a viral hit filled with shredded kadayif pastry and pistachio cream, all coated in smooth milk chocolate.
Full-bodied, nutty, and unapologetically over-the-top, the new release is the result of Vault City’s You Choose, We Brew competition. It was the most requested beer of the year, making up around 10% of all entries, as fans clamoured to see their dream dessert turned into a decadent stout.
The beer officially launches on May 27, priced at £9.85 per 330ml can, but Vault City is offering a sweet deal: 33% off at vaultcity.co.uk as part of their Crowdfunder Sale, running until midnight on May 31.
Vault City’s crowdfunding campaign has already notched up 6,165 orders, with more than 300 supporters securing tickets to their upcoming brewery launch party by spending over £150. Another 200 backers will have their names permanently etched into the wall of Vault City’s new home, while nearly 20 exclusive brew days have been snapped up by top-tier contributors.
Vault City co-founder Steven Smith-Hay said: “This beer is pure indulgence! It’s bold, decadent, and exactly what our fans asked for.
“We had over 1000 requests for a Dubai-style stout across our competition and social channels, so we knew we had to make it happen.
“The response so far has been incredible - from crowdfunder orders to brew day sign-ups, our community is really showing up for us.”
At 13% ABV and 4.3 units per can, the Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Imperial Stout is not one for the faint-hearted – and with a rich ingredient list including Belgian dark syrup, cacao nibs, brown sugar, and nut-free pistachio flavouring, it delivers all the opulence of the viral treat that inspired it. Not suitable for vegans, the beer uses lactose to create its signature silky, dessert-like finish.
This limited-edition release is expected to fly off shelves, with early demand already surging.
Fans looking to secure their share should head to vaultcity.co.uk before the Crowdfunder Sale wraps up on May 31.
