Keeping fit and healthy has always been a priority for me. Yoga is a great way to build strength and focus the mind. I have always loved teaching others in my previous roles and through going to the YogaBellies classes as a client I grew so passionate about what I was doing. The breathing techniques and positions I learned in class contributed hugely to how positive my second labour was and I will be forever grateful for that. Postnatally, I became fascinated with women’s health, pelvic health and recovery from pregnancy and childbirth. I have a strong desire to help other women like me calm the mind and build up strength and flexibility – whilst having fun! Yoga is so useful at all stages of life and the women’s yoga classes we offer are suitable for all levels, even if you’ve never tried yoga before. I would love to have you in my class – please come and join me!
