Adult Class training in Baguazhang. The name translates to "Eight Trigram Palm" refering to the trigrams of the I Ching- the Taoist Book of Changes and contains the best of Shaolin and Taoist fighting methods.
The core of the system is the Circular Form which is performed around the perimeter of a circle with much twisting and turning. Bagua mostly uses the palms to fight rather than the fists and has several low kicks. Below are a few things covered in class
