Chop Chop serves the very best authentic North-Eastern Chinese cuisine. Jian Wang, the head chef and owner, is from Changchun, a region famous for its delicious Jiao Zi (dumplings). Chop Chop encompasses the Chinese style of serving where diners order collectively and share all dishes, which are brought to the table in random order as soon as they are ready. In this way, mixing the textures and flavours of the dishes adds to the enjoyment of the meal. The Unlimited Banquet is the perfect option for first time visitors to try a wide variety of different dishes from the menu.
All of the dishes are handmade from fresh ingredients with no artificial colourings or preservatives. Chop Chop opened their first Glasgow restaurant in March 2015. The restaurant featured a number of beautifully designed cherry blossom trees which guests are invited to dine under.
