Cask is a hidden lounge bar in Edinburgh’s city centre offering an enigmatic cocktail menu, live DJ sets and quirky décor.

About Cask

Perched on the rooftop of Edinburgh Waverley Station, Cask is a bright, spacious bar with panoramic views of Edinburgh’s famous landmarks, from Arthur’s Seat to Edinburgh Castle.

Head outside to the open plan terrace for a refreshing spritz in the sun, sample wines from around the world at their new Mezzanine Wine Bar, or book one of the Secret Domes for a luxurious drinking and dining experience like no other.

Featuring premium spirits and fun, nostalgic concoctions, Cask’s mysterious and expansive cocktail menu is inspired by the 13 revolutions of the moon.

Their new head chef is founder of Edinburgh venture Lichen and has brought his experience as a private chef on luxury yachts to create a diverse menu which changes with the seasons, bringing an international twist to local Scottish produce.
