New workshop from Kuluna Yoga exploring the techniques for mastering inversions.
Sometimes we need to flip our perspective to clear our thoughts. Inversions encourage blood to the brain and have benefits in strengthening and calming both mind and body.
The workshop will cover
• The role of arm balances in Yoga.
• Warm up exercises to prepare your body
• Techniques and tips to safely execute or work towards to arm balances
• A cooldown for the body and safe counter poses to bring ourselves safely back to earth.
This will be a strong practice with a lot of movement, flexibility and strength work.
