About Kitchen Herbcraft: Make Your Own Remedies For Winter Wellness
In this hands-on workshop, medical herbalist Wendy Kelly will reveal the secret herbal medicine chest already in your kitchen!
Learn about the medicinal power contained in your herb rack, your spice cabinet and your kitchen cupboards to keep you in good health over the winter months.
In the 90 minutes, you will make an immune tonic, a cough syrup and a winter herbal tea blend.
Please take 2 clean empty lidded jars in order to take your remedies home.
This is part of the Common Ground Weekender, to raise money for Leith Community Croft. All proceeds will go to social enterprise Earth in Common.
