So you’ve caught the improv bug—and now you’re ready to build something of your own.
Cast & Conquer is a 4-week intermediate course designed to help improvisers take the leap from classmate to castmate. Whether you’re forming a brand-new indie team or want to strengthen an existing group, this course gives you the tools to create a sustainable, creative, and fun ensemble.
Through guided exercises, real-world advice, and focused feedback, you’ll explore what makes a group work—on stage and off—and learn how to set yourselves up for success. You can join this class with friends you want to make a group with, or solo to find those like-minded people you want make a group with - it's up to you!
Each class will include games and exercises to get us feeling loose and inspire fun, and then dive us into the topic of the day. Additionally, we suggest a notebook and pen for this course; we'll go through practical logistics of group formation and running.As always, you will be on your feet, active, trying and playing - laughs are guaranteed!
Pre-requisites:
Intro to Improv (101) (or proof of equivalent) AND
Intro to Shortform (102) OR Intro to Longform (103)
Suggested also Intermediate Improv (201)

Logistics:
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early - we will start on time.
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes as we will stand and be active.
We suggest you bring your own (reusable) water bottle.
Your teacher:
Gregor is a professional classically trained actor who has studied, taught and worked all over the UK. His performance range spans everything from Shakespeare's protagonists to "that background tree". He brings an inclusive and kind nature to teaching and you will leave every class with an a-ha moment!
