In this delightfully absurd and wildly imaginative cabaret, waiters become storytellers, objects come alive, and guests are swept into a whirlwind of puppetry, music, and mischief. Inspired by Tolstoy’s Anna Karenina and steeped in Russian theatrical flair, the evening spirals from solemn ritual into joyful chaos.
At a funeral dinner, the wine is flowing, the glasses are clinking… and the guest of honour? He’s come back to life.
Expect soaring strings, surreal transformations, and a final toast that brings everyone – performers, characters, and audience – back to the table together. A celebration of life, death, and everything in between. Blending object theatre, physical comedy, and explosive live music, this show is a riotous reimagining of a literary classic like you’ve never seen before.
