'Into The Woods' recounts the fairytale stories we all grew up with and asks the question: what happens next? Stephen Sondheim's and James Lapine’s answer is a tale that still contains moments of childlike wonder, but also explores the harsh realities of the real world.
Take the journey with classic characters like Red Riding Hood, Cinderella, Jack, Rapunzel, and more as they all try to make their deepest wishes come true. But do be careful, for you may encounter witches, mysterious figures, wolves, or even giants.
Sondheim and Lapine’s iconic collaboration is a tale about love, family, loss, and what happens AFTER your wishes come true.
An influential show, just as the Grimm fairy tales explore life lessons for children, 'Into The Woods' explores life lessons adults need now more than ever.
Come and see your favourite characters come to life, but remember… Careful the wish you make; wishes come true, not free.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
