What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where you lie down and are immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, intended to induce deep relaxation, reduce stress, and promote mental clarity by washing over you in waves of harmonic frequencies, essentially 'bathing' you in sound without water. It's a form of passive meditation where the sounds help quiet the mind and body, shifting you from stress to rest.
What to expect:
Sound Bath with guided meditation tuning into the energy of the season followed by a creative session.
First we will draw or write initial feelings and experiences from the mediation, then we will share it in the group and express it in the selected creative 2D medium.
