Calling avid note takers, list makers, daily sketchers, stationary lovers and those of you who like to have a notebook to hand at all times – join me to make a functional and fabulous refillable journal.
Over two evening sessions (18:15-9:15pm Thursday 22 & 18:15-9:15pm Thursday 29 January) you will make an A5 journal with a hard front and back cover, incorporating decorative fabric or paper, featuring a stitched leather spine with elastic inserts that holds 4 individually stitched booklets, that can be removed and replaced.
I will share how to add a pocket and envelope insert to the inside front and back cover, handy for storing papery treasures and receipts, with the option to include a pen/pencil holder for when inspiration strikes!
A great make to begin the year with that will fast become your most used and treasured book!
*If you prefer not to work with leather a vegan alternative is available.
Following the workshop you will get access to video instructions for a reminder of what is covered in the workshop.
Tea, coffee and sweet treats included.
> Please note: this is a two part workshop, taking place over 2 evenings, Thursday 22 & Thursday 29 January. You must be able to attend both workshops.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
