Edinburgh Gin Distillery Announces Intimate Hogmanay Celebration with Rooftop Countdown!
Edinburgh Gin Distillery has announced an atmospheric Hogmanay experience for 2025, inviting both locals and visitors to welcome the New Year from inside its award-winning distillery in the heart of Edinburgh’s Old Town.
Offering a unique alternative to the city’s busy Street Party, the celebration promises exceptional drinks, live music, and exclusive access to the Distillery after dark.
Guests will begin their evening with a welcome drink of their choice, including sparkling gin cocktails and The Classic G&T, or non-alcoholic options, before exploring a bespoke New Year’s cocktail menu created by the Edinburgh Gin bar team.
A hearty slice of traditional Hogmanay steak pie will be served during the evening, with vegetarian and vegan alternatives available.
Entertainment will come from Edinburgh Gin’s Distillery Manager, who will perform a live DJ set throughout the night. Guests will also have the chance to explore the Distillery’s Flavour Arch and Stillroom before the highlight of the event: being piped up to the rooftop terrace for the midnight countdown.
As the bells approach, guests will gather above the city skyline to raise a glass of fizz and light sparklers, welcoming 2026 from one of Edinburgh’s most atmospheric vantage points.
Tickets are limited and are available as of Friday at www.edinburghgin.com/visit at £40.00 per person.
