Step beneath Edinburgh’s historic streets into The Lost Close, a hidden underground venue steeped in centuries of stories. On December 15th at 8PM, we invite you to an unforgettable evening celebrating 20 years of Kilchoman Distillery.
This intimate tasting experience features four exceptional Islay single malts from Kilchoman’s acclaimed range:
• Sanaig
• Loch Gorm
• 100% Islay
• Machir Bay
About Kilchoman:
Founded in 2005 on Rockside Farm, Kilchoman revived the tradition of farm distilling on Islay after more than a century. Independently owned and family-run, Kilchoman crafts whisky entirely on-site, from barley to bottle - a rare commitment to authenticity and heritage.
Why The Lost Close?
Hidden beneath Edinburgh’s Old Town, The Lost Close is a unique underground space where history and storytelling come alive. During the tasting, our Storyteller will share the fascinating past of this secret venue, along with insights into Kilchoman’s journey and the rich traditions of whisky-making.
