Florence Welch - also known as Florence + The Machine - has announced two Irish show dates and her Edinburgh Summer Sessions performance to celebrate the release of her sixth studio album, Everybody Scream, out on October 31. Her Edinburgh Summer Sessions show on 24th August 2026 will be the second time she has played a Summer Sessions show, having performed two captivating back-to-back shows in Edinburgh's Princes Street Gardens in 2019.
Support at Edinburgh Summer Sessions comes from the dynamic, popstar powerhouse, Self Esteem. After the release of her 2025 album A Complicated Woman, and a career-defining set at Glastonbury 2025, Edinburgh crowds are in for a fearless and joyous start to the show. Jacob Alon is also on the bill, bringing haunting vocals and a touch of magic to the Royal Highland Showgrounds.
With a stage presence like no other, driven by Welch’s epic storytelling and forceful voice, fans can expect a near-religious experience at Edinburgh Summer Sessions.
