It is designed for everyone aged 55 and over – whether you’re new to dancing or have a weekly boogie. Feel the joy of moving and discover how lifelong creativity can support your body and mind’s wellbeing. It’s never too late to start dancing, or to return to it.
Dive into repertoire workshops, join the musical theatre sessions, and energise your body with Pilates. With a variety of workshops, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Plus with a special open rehearsal with Dance Base’s esteemed elder company, PRIME.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
