Join us for a powerful evening of music, storytelling and hope as Edinburgh charity, Firefly International, marks 30 years of overcoming boundaries through friendship, education, and the arts. In a world increasingly divided, we’re bringing our mission home - united in creativity, driven by youth, and inspired by peace. Join us at Scotland’s oldest purpose-built concert hall for an evening of music and fundraising for children affected by war.
The concert will bring together unique performances from:
Beth Malcolm – Scots Singer of the Year 2022 & 2024, blending Scottish tradition with a modern voice
Mother Tongue – an exciting new string ensemble from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland
Edinburgh Schools Rock Ensemble – showcasing the creativity and energy of young Scottish musicians
The event will be compered by Anna Macdonald, Investment Manager at Aubrey and commentator on BBC TV and radio, Reuters and LBC.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
