Are you looking for something fun to do this October holidays in Edinburgh?
Bring the whole crew and follow in the footsteps of Royalty aboard Queen Elizabeth II’s former floating palace and discover what it was like living and working on board for the Royal Family and crew of Royal Yachtsmen.
To celebrate the opening of our new Visitor Centre and Shop, we're offering a 2-for-1 offer exclusively to permanent residents of Edinburgh, inviting our local community to explore the only palace with an anchor, right on their doorstep. (Reception ticket purchases only. Not online.)
With five decks to explore, the complimentary audio guide tells stories of life at sea, and is available in over 30 languages, an English children’s version, BSL/ASL tablets and Braille scripts. The tour route is also highly accessible with lifts and ramps to each deck.
Remember to spot Clarence the Cuddly Corgi and his friends, hiding throughout the Yacht in the Cuddly Corgi Treasure Hunt!
With indulgent hot chocolates, decadent slices of cake and scoops of ice cream, the Royal Deck Tearoom is the perfect stop during your visit for lunch or sweet treats, all made daily in the onboard Galley.
