Put on your Santa hat and join the festive fun at the Santa & Elf Dash! Set in the beautiful Cammo Nature Reserve in north-west Edinburgh, runners will explore riverside trails, open fields, and historic landmarks in a magical seasonal atmosphere.
Trail conditions can vary depending on the weather, so be prepared for muddy or frosty paths—trail shoes or trainers with good grip are recommended. The route includes narrow paths, steps, and small wooden bridges, so it isn’t suitable for buggies, wheelchairs, or frame runners.
There’s a distance for everyone: choose the 5K or challenge yourself with the 10K, while kids aged 11+ can take on the 5K. Little ones can join the Elf Dash, a fun 1K route perfect for younger runners. Festive outfits are encouraged (but not essential), and all participants are treated to a medal, hot chocolate, and cookies at the finish line. Get ready for a seasonal run packed with fun, friends, and festive cheer!
