Dalmeny Estate Trail Half Marathon 2025
The Dalmeny Half Marathon returns on Sunday 12th October 2025, offering runners a scenic autumn trail challenge just outside Edinburgh.
About Dalmeny Estate Trail Half Marathon 2025
Starting from Longcraig Scout Hall in South Queensferry, the course winds through the beautiful Dalmeny Estate and Cammo Nature Reserve, with a mix of woodland paths, riverside trails and farm tracks.
With less than 1,000ft of total ascent, it’s an accessible route for first-timers while still providing enough undulation to keep seasoned trail runners on their toes. Participants will enjoy a friendly, well-organised event, complete with two water stations, supportive marshals, and a finisher’s medal for everyone.
Prizes are awarded across all age categories, and the event also raises funds for South Queensferry RNLI.
At just £25 entry, it’s a great value race – and with food, drink and event merchandise available at the finish, it promises a fantastic day out for runners and supporters alike.
