Taking place over 6 Tuesdays in the year, this flat, fast, officially measured and licensed 5K course is perfect for everyone, from beginners to seasoned club runners and juniors aged 11+.
With prizes across all age categories (online entrants only), optional medals (£5 extra), and results submitted to Run Britain Rankings, it’s a great way to test your speed or simply enjoy a sociable mid-week run.
Every entrant has the option of supporting a local charity, with a £1 donation - our running community raised £1,149.50 for local causes in 2025.
Registration opens from 12:00–12:30pm at East Meadows Play Park, with the race starting promptly at 12:45pm.
