Learn a new skill while improving your overall fitness and health.
Our classes are for everyone at every age. We start from the age of six and we all train together which makes it a great class for families.
We have classes at Gracemount Leisure Centre on Wednesday evening 6.15pm-7.15pm and Saturday morning 11am-12pm. Our first two classes are always free too!
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
