Our Spoon Carving Course is led by Louise Forbes, a talented wood carver and the founder of Louise Forbes Designs.
Louise’s renowned Spoon Carving workshops have been redesigned for the Chippendale School. Spanning two days, the course will cover the skills and techniques required to hand-carve a variety of wooden spoons.
Using kiln-dried hardwood, Louise will guide students through the process stage by stage with regular demonstrations. During the weekend, students will have the opportunity to carve a small salt spoon, a coffee scoop, salad servers or an alternative of their choice.
All tools and materials will be supplied.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
