Join Centre Català d'Escòcia and Colla Castellera d’Edinburgh on 5th July to celebrate 10 incredible years of building human towers, community and cultural exchange in Scotland’s capital!
About Festa Major – 10 years of Colla Castellera d’Edinburgh
Centre Català d'Escòcia and Colla Castellera d’Edinburgh are bringing together friends, castells (human towers), food (paella), games and Catalan folk live music for this big family friendly celebration – and you’ll enjoy every bit of it!
Day’s Schedule:
• 11:00 AM – Human tower performance with the Edinburgh team and guests Castellers de London at The Mount
• 1:00 PM – Community lunch at St Peter’s Hall
Join us for a delicious paella lunch run by Lovely Paella to share with friends and fellow castellers
• 2:00 PM – Games and Competitions at St Peter’s Hall
• 7:00 PM – Live concert with La Cosina at Cabaret Voltaire (+14)
End the day dancing to folk, rumba and Mediterranean Catalan tunes!
