BE SEEN
What is on the other side of your resistance?
This is a retreat space to meet yourself — and be witnessed. Each participant is welcomed with a gift.
Through ceremony, mantra, and meditation, you’ll be invited to soften the walls, release the noise, and notice the resistance that is holding you back.
This is for EVERYONE - regardless of gender and fitness level.
This is NOT an exercise class. This is NOT relaxation.
This is for those ready to CHALLENGE themselves, to explore what it means to truly show up — not just to others, but to themselves.
You won’t be fixed. You won’t be told who to be. You’ll simply be given space… To be seen.
This event includes cacao ceremony, Kundalini meditation, sound bath and a brave community space to be witnessed in your authenticity.
Location: Kirknewton Village Hall, 42 Main St, Kirknewton EH27 8AH
Date/Time: Sunday 13th July, 2-5pm
