About Summer Solstice Feast
Come join us for a magical evening celebrating the longest day of the year and the Summer season at Rising Tide Cafe. Indulge in a delicious three course foraged tasting feast featuring seasonal dishes made with fresh, local ingredients. Enjoy seasonal drinks and try our new guest wines, freshly landed for this Summer season only. Don't miss out on this special event to celebrate the season with friends, good company and vibrant and delicious flavours from nature.
Each course will be accompanied by an introductory talk by our guest chef and forager Judith Lamb from the fantastic Forage and Eat. Judith will explain the uses and benefits of the plants used in the tasting dishes served, and will also pass around examples of the plants.

Hugo cocktail on arrival with wild elderflower
Three course foraged tasting feast
Foraged ingredients introductory talk with each course
Three glasses of matched Summer guest wines
Seasonal aperitif
