In this exhibition at Leith Makers, four related women showcase work drawing on their wide-ranging creative backgrounds, including textile art, drawing, painting, printmaking and photography.
About New Traditions
NEW TRADITIONS EXHIBITION
Some ways of thinking, looking and making we inherit, some we invent afresh. But often the distinction is blurry. We turn old objects and images into what we need today. We revisit techniques we thought we’d left behind. We foster new communities, new kinds of family, new rituals.
