Mantra Men’s Weekend

About Mantra Men’s Weekend

This isn't a holiday
This is three days of deep work.
This is facing up to and confronting your stuff.
This is for men who are ready to 'do the work' and level up by shedding the old patterns and stories that limit them.
This is the opportunity you have been craving to take off the mask.
This is a confidential container to express what is repressed.
This is a time to open, to heal, to witness, to listen, to connect.
This is men's work.
This is a brotherhood and we stick to our word.

Location: Williamscraig Cottages, Linlithgow, EH49 6QF

A deeply supportive weekend, designed to liberate and empower men to level up in their lives by shedding old patterns and stories that limit their growth. Tucked away in a secluded location between Glasgow and Edinburgh, Mantra Holistic Support is delivering a three-day in-person experience for men who want to create change in their lives, challenge themselves, heal, transform and reconnect with their authentic selves.

This is for you if you’re ready to be confronted, have the hard conversations, look deeply at the things you’ve suppressed, release emotional and physical tension and express yourself fully in a safe masculine space.

We’ve all experienced shame, guilt, doubt, and a harsh inner critic at some point in our lives. Some of us have found ourselves caught in self-destructive and self-sabotaging cycles, unable to reach out and ask for support from our fellow man for fear of rejection or that it will be a sign of weakness. Some of us have become stuck in a rut or bored with life, not knowing where our edges and boundaries are. These are all unhealthy patterns that create isolation and have, in part, contributed to the dramatic rise in male suicides in recent times (currently the rates of male suicide are nearly 4 times higher than that of women).

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Breathwork
Ice baths
Sound healing
Meditation
Somatic bodywork
Primal movement
Sacred combat
Fireside gathering
Luxury accommodation
Countryside surroundings
Catering included (this is a zero alcohol event)

OUR WHY:

Men have gathered in council for thousands of years to share wisdom, to strategise, to listen, connect and support one another to heal. We use this element of council to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can fully explore yourself and share authentically in order to move through and release any suppressed thoughts and emotions.
Be it in work, family, relationships, social interactions or simply with ourselves, our thoughts and behaviors directly influence the outcomes that we can tangibly see in our day-to-day lives. By confronting the deepest parts of ourselves and being true to our core values we can begin to let go of things that don’t serve us and improve these outcomes.

WHY DO THIS?:

- Create brotherhood with ongoing support to show up and take action in your life
- Support men to move through limiting beliefs and behaviors
- Gain clarity on your purpose and cut through the bullshit
- Rebuild confidence and push you to your edges, allowing you to step into your power
- Be witnessed, heard, and supported by other men going through similar things
- Anchor a new understanding of how you show up in the world with takeaway skills.
- Ground through physical embodiment and ritual confrontation.
- Push your edges so you can release the emotional and physical tension you carry
- Rewire your mind, go for your win and reconnect to your full potential

WHAT WILL YOU GET FROM THIS:

- Reset and recalibration. After releasing a lot of deeply held tension that may be clouding your mind you will be able to think more clearly, and calmly and return to your life with feelings of peace.
- Techniques in breathing, meditation, and self-mastery to return home feeling empowered, confident, and able to deal with challenges and conflict more effectively.
- A network of men standing with you, providing accountability and support for you to level up.
- Ongoing support, an online group of men allowing you to see your blind spots and where you’re not showing with full integrity.
- A deeper understanding of your edges and boundaries, allows you to push to your true potential.
- Understanding your shadow and how to identify your triggers and wrestle with that part of you that likes to hold you back.
