On the Wellbeing Retreat Day, I will introduce you to natural ways to incorporate Self-care easily into your busy life. Self-care is giving yourself a little bit of love and attention to your body and mind throughout the day. By implementing easy Self-care techniques into your day, you can nurture yourself before anxiety or pain escalates or reach burnout.
I will discuss how to implement healthy habits into your daily life by using Aromatherapy oils, Hand Reflexology and Mindfulness. I will share the knowledge gained over the past 25 years that allows me to stay healthy. I will share with you the Aromatherapy oils to use to ward off colds and help with stress and muscle pain. I will also share with you how to use Hand Reflexology and Mindfulness to help ease anxiety and stress. You will leave feeling inspired and motivated to start caring for your own health in a natural way.
The Self-care Sunday Wellbeing Day is a day for ‘Me-Time’; time for self-care and restoration.
This class is aimed at beginners so no need to have any previous experience in Aromatherapy oils, Reflexology or Mindfulness Meditation.
