200 years ago the Palace of Holyroodhouse provided the setting for several spectacular ceremonies and events which made up part of George IV’s historic visit to Edinburgh. In the company of Mark Kirkham, better known as the Edinburgh Sketcher, visit some of the spaces which were used and see paintings and objects connected with this famous occasion, before taking inspiration to create your own sketches inspired by the events of 1822.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
