Join Laura & Jo for a day of compassionate self-exploration, in the beautiful East Lothian village of Dirleton just 45 minutes from Edinburgh. Using yoga and somatic release techniques, mantra, meditation and the powerful mediums of smell & sound - discover what it is like to really let go, with support. Leave feeling a little lighter, with a range of tools and resources that you can use at home to recreate an embodied experience of deep release and relaxation whenever you need it.

The day will include:
- meditation, mantra, breath-work & essential oils

- somatic release exercises & journaling
- an interoception yoga flow, tuning in to the brain-mind-body connection

Laura offers tailored interoception yoga flows and somatic release exercises - informed by the latest insights from interoceptive and somatic psychology and combined with traditional yogic philosophy, methods and techniques.
Jo is a level 2 kundalini teacher and gong master. Her passion is researching and using tools, philosophies and concepts that support resilience, deep self care and using our intuition to guide us to our personal truth.
The combination of our energies and skills promises a deeply transformative experience for our participants. .
All-comers are welcome. There is no need for previous experience of yoga or any of the techniques that we draw on. The only requirements are an open-mind, an open-heart and a desire to learn to let go with support and self-compassion.
