Harmony Haven is a collaboration between @recharge_with_marj and @joysorganicdelight, offering wellness events for individuals to experience a time set aside for themselves where they can indulge in self care, pampering and mindfulness.

We are based in the Edinburgh/Lothians area and our desire for this account is that it informs, calms, equips and encourages you in your own self care practices.

Come and enjoy some self care with our grounding guided meditation, yummy nutritious treats, peaceful breathing exercise, guided facial (with luxury organic products) and relaxing massage, and healing movement (suitable for all abilities). We look forward to seeing you soon.
