In this three week course, you will discover what you need to do to prevent the build-up of harmful thoughts that create these negative emotions. By applying some relatively simple meditation techniques, you will find relief from these negative habits of mind and learn how to become more relaxed and confident in your life.
The course is designed sequentially, but you can join at any time. In-person and online.
