Nobody needs guilt – yet we can carry this burden round all our lives. Guilt can drain our self-worth and our happiness. But with Buddha’s unique insights we can learn to shake off our guilt and live more freely and lightly.
Guilt is a useless emotion to carry with us. It destroys our self-respect, our happiness, our relationships and can make ourselves or others feel unforgivable. By using Buddha’s special wisdom we can live without this irrational feeling. We can find goodness in ourselves and others, learn to let go, move on and re-evaluate our actions in a more positive light. Learn the essential steps in becoming guilt-free and how to meditate on more constructive states of mind.
