In this Crochet Club! workshop you will learn how to crochet useful cotton Face Scrubbies.
Crochet Face Scrubbies are a reusable, eco friendly alternative to disposable cotton pads. Not only that, they're soft enough to be gentle on your skin but at the same time they're abrasive enough to give your face a good scrub, leaving you feeling refreshed!
This workshop is designed to be totally accessible for beginners and will talk you through the patter and all the stitches that you need to make the face scrubbies. So don't worry if you've never picked up a hook before!
Crocheting is an incredibly mindful and relaxing craft and, when you become proficient with the stitches, you will find that you can bring your crocheting out anytime you have a spare 5 minutes to relax.
All materials are provided for this workshop
However if you would like to choose your own materials, you will need the following:
1 ball of Aran weight cotton yarn
Size 5 mm hook
Scissors
This workshop takes place at Gooey Events in Livingston. There is free on street parking and tea and coffee will be available.
Social distancing and Covid-19 safety measures will be in place. Unless exempt, participants are requested to wear a mask until they are in their seat, and then if they need to move around the building.
