My Zen Run
Join My Zen Run during September and give your mind and body some self care, whilst helping to provide vital services for families living with Huntington's disease (HD).
About My Zen Run
Choose from a 5K, 10K, half marathon or full marathon to complete anytime during September 2021 – or you can set your own daily, weekly or monthly challenge.
Learn how to practice Mindful Running with access to running and mindfulness resources and tips when you sign up, until after you complete your challenge, you will be supported by your My Zen Run coach, ourselves and of course – your fellow Zen Runners.
The impact of Huntington’s disease extends far beyond its complex symptoms, with families experiencing social isolation, mental ill health and increased financial worries. Covid-19 has thrown up new challenges while intensifying existing ones meaning families need our help now more than ever.
To join My Zen Run we ask that you raise a minimum sponsorship of £50 per person. The funds raised from My Zen Run will help provide specialist services to families all over Scotland. You will also receive an amazing My Zen Run Medal.
We believe nobody should face Huntington’s disease alone. Thank you for making this possible.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
