What does a producer do?
And how do I become one?
Producers help to shape and platform the stories that are told in theatre, film and the arts. The arts industries need more producers from historically underrepresented backgrounds, to ensure that the stories the arts tell can begin to truly reflect Scotland and its diverse population.
In this two hour workshop, Chris Grady (former head of marketing, Edinburgh International Festival) will demystify the role of producer and explain the pathways into becoming a producer and a sharer of stories.
Access: Held via Zoom. A live transcript will be available.
This is a free event but you must buy tickets via buytickets.at/chrisgradyorg/512687
