Every Wednesday from July 7th - August 11th a variety of artists will be hosting sessions for young people (age 11+) to explore different art making techniques. Inspired by the places and spaces in and around North Edinburgh young people consider important, we will be working with:
- Sculpture
- Photography
- Illustration
- Zine making
- Print making
- Loads more!
Suitable for all young people who fancy exploring different art techniques. The art works created will help to create a community zine and map of North Edinburgh which will be freely available in libraries, schools and community centres throughout Edinburgh.
There's no need to sign up, you can just show up! We'll be bringing everything you need to join in, including snacks. And there'll be tools and equipment for you to take home and play with in your own time like cameras, printing equipment and loads more!
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
