About Krav Maga Family Class - Learn self-defence together through fun and games

Rencounter Krav Maga Family class for parents and kids (8 years and older). Learn practical self-defence together. No experience necessary!

This session will be a fun and active experience together with your child(ren), where you will be introduced to practical self-defence skills through fun drills and exercises.

Self defence is a serious topic, but learning in a fun and safe environment helps with the learning process, to establish self defence skills and confidence in our own abilities to protect ourselves.

This class is aimed at parents and kids who would like to get active together and at the same time learn some useful life skills. We will introduce you to some basic principles of self defence that apply for adults as well as for kids. For example: awareness, breaking away from dangerous people, dealing with someone bigger than yourself, and protecting others.

You will work together with your child and learn through games and drills.
