Another lockdown, another Sūrya Namaskāra Yajñá! Consistency, commitment and challenge is the theme - let’s see if we can adopt these principles and achieve great results. Collectively, we are aiming for a total of 100,000 across the UK.
What : Join online to do Sūrya Namaskāra daily with your family throughout the month of February.
When*: 1st - 28th February 2021
Who*: Everyone - we can even branch out and teach our work colleagues/friends!
How*: Keep count and record the number of Sūrya Namaskāra you complete daily using the calendar. Regularly share your count on FB Messenger to keep track of total count for overall count.
