Pentlands Activity Camps (PAC) offers school holiday fun, adventure and activity for school aged children (5+/nearing the end of Primary 1) and young teenagers.
We are based in Peeblesshire in the beautiful Scottish Borders, near the village of West Linton, only 15 miles south of Edinburgh. This year (our 16th year!) we're planning to run for the following weeks during the School holidays at Broomlee Centre, West Linton. Book your kids to join us for a day(s), week or weeks! We run 9am - 5pm and extra time is also available (8am-6pm).
12th - 16th July
19th - 23rd July
16th - 30th July
2nd - 6th August
9th - 13th August
Each child participates in a wide range of activities, both outdoors and indoors, run by the PAC team. The emphasis is on having fun, excitement and new experiences in a healthy, positive and safe environment. The ethos of PAC is to make each child feel unique and valued, with the age sensitive programme allowing the child to grow in self-confidence and social skills. Our venue has been specially selected for the rural location and offer an extensive natural playground where children have the freedom to explore and play.
If we are unable to run due to Covid we will of course offer a full refund.
Edinburgh Corn Exchange Car Boot Sale Market is open but with strict rules and guidelines. Come and join us for some bargains and for sellers to have a clearout!
Visit Longwood, an extensive, long-established country garden at 800 feet, undergoing renewal. There are ducks and hens, stream and ponds as well as areas of wild garden.
