About Read on the Go! - Children’s Poems and Prose Trail with Joan Haig

Join children's author Joan Haig and West Linton Primary School's 'Ministers for Literature' on YouTube for a vibrant, virtual walking and reading tour.

To celebrate Book Week Scotland 2020, West Linton Primary School's P7 Ministers for Literature have designed a poetry and prose trail for their community, through their beautiful Scottish Borders village. Along the way, stop and dip into fabulous work from and inspired by Stay at Home! Poems and Prose for Children Living in Lockdown, a free, downloadable ebook by 40 writers in Scotland.

The community trail will remain on display until Sunday 6 December – visit in person (restrictions permitting) and Read on the Go!
