Writing With Joy: How to Use Meditative Practice in Writing In this 90-minute workshop facilitated by writer and creative Raheema Sayed, writers will be led through various exercises that centre participants and their writing within worlds of joy by applying meditative practices of self-care, well-being, and hope.
